Meet Our Staff

Our staff is committed to creating a comfortable working relationship with all our clients. Please take a moment to read the bios listed below and become familiar with our staff. Each of us perform different roles, yet we are all happy to help in any way we can.

Michael Krumholz has run a financial advisory practice for over 25 years. He was raised in Reading with his three sisters. He has three daughters and a son: Carly, Shawn, Brett, and Josh. Mike received an economics degree at Williams College in Williamstown, MA, with a minor in Far Eastern studies. He enjoys being outside as much as possible playing tennis, golf, or biking, and is an avid reader.



Samantha Laino has been an Operations Manager for CFG since 2005. She handles all operational functions of daily business activities including trading, cashiering, account transfers, and account maintenance. She attended Iona College in New Rochelle, NY, where she majored in Criminal Justice, and was a member of the Iona Gaels swim team. Samantha lives with her husband Tony, and daughters Madalyn and Molly in West Lawn, PA. She enjoys running and swimming, but most of all, spending time with her family.

Sheila Little joined the CFG team as a Client Support Specialist in January of 2009. Her primary responsibilities include Client Relationship Manager and Office Manager. Sheila graduated Magna Cum Laude from West Chester University with a BA in Political Science in 2001. Sheila currently resides in Sinking Spring, PA with her husband Bryan, and sons Joshua and David. She enjoys reading, traveling, running, and any activity that involves being active and outdoors with her family.

Lyndsey Melcher is an Account Specialist who works from our home office in Fairfield, IA. The scope of her work includes paraplanning, new account establishment, as well as special research projects. Lyndsey graduated from University of Northern Iowa with a degree in Health Promotion and an emphasis in Global Health. Lyndsey currently lives in Fairfield, IA with her husband Adam, and son Korbin. They enjoy drag racing, being outdoors, and just spending time as a family with their 3 dogs.
